This 2 hour workshop is perfect for owners of springy springers, bullish bulldogs and bouncy boxers.

Teaching your dog yoga is scientifically designed to teach your dog to be calm. Many dogs suffer with really high arousal and find it difficult to settle and to switch off.

Each of the postures are designed to calm and to regulate the dog. A lot of the positions and movements are also used to communicate calming signals to the other dogs around, which is why by practising in a group, each dog is helping the other dogs to feel calm.

In this workshop we teach guardians the best possible way to coach fizzy dogs and help them to be able to learn more, along with showing them calm postures and new ways to help themselves become calm after excitement.

Dog Yoga is about giving the dog a choice and enables us to work at the dog's pace.

A huge fan of yoga myself I was keen to find out if my dog would share the same passion I have for it. We both had a lovely time at Yoga and cannot wait for the next session. This class allowed me to have a real strong bonding time with my dog whilst teaching him calming positions. The outcome = Amazing! My dogs behaviour was very calm for several days after the class. I also have learnt more about my dog and could not thank Clare enough for this amazing experience.

Apollo and I had a great time at Doggy Yoga and have signed up for the next session. It was fun and engaging and I had a very happy calm and engaged dog for days afterwards! Great owner/dog bonding session and would highly recommend giving it a try as the excercise were easy but fun for the dog and I learned things about my dog I never even knew before from the behaviour throughout. The fun and playtime breaks in the private secure garden was fab too and all in all, Apollo thought it was Christmas I think, can't wait for the next workshop! :)
