The program consists of 6 x 60 minute sessions
We will build up from 20 minutes of 1 minute jogging followed by 1 minute walking to eventually non-stop jogging for 30 minutes.

You will also be given access to the canicross course where you will find tips to teach the cues and a discount code to purchase equipment from DogFit.
On completion of the course you will be very welcome to join our canicross group that meets weekly.
